“Into motion” impro lab led by Sylvain Méret
4 Saturdays afternoon mini workshops.
These in-depth sessions are a perfect framework to explore movement improvisation in small groups for developing awareness and skills for performers.
Each session will be build on a strong shift of internal state provided through somatic explorations, shamanic rituals, hypnotic regression, co-creative principles, in order to manifest improvised pieces or events.
The backbone of these classes is constructed on mastering awareness in order to be able to shift our state of mind into versatile embodiments, as well as to shifts spaces and time frames. Opening our mind and our conception of reality are the goals for these sessions, for a full expression of each one’s creativity.
