Join us in the mystical landscape of the Bosnian Pyramids—one of the most powerful energetic sites in the world. These ancient structures, radiating high-frequency vibrations, are known for their profound healing effects on the body and mind.
This 5 days retreat will be a journey of profound connection with the Earth in a space where time dissolves, intuition awakens, and transformation begins. Whether you seek physical renewal, emotional balance, a deeper connection to your essence or the planetary consciousness, the Bosnian Pyramids provide a sanctuary for transformative experiences.
Paired with Continuum, a somatic practice that guides us into the fluid intelligence of our bodies, we become more aware of the internal landscape of the Self through sensory-awareness. As we tap into the sacredness of our own watery origin we immerse ourselves in waves motion, primary sounds and breaths, spiralling in and out from the microcosm to the macrocosm. We open ourselves to profound states of healing, knowing and belonging, fully supported by the vibrant energy of this sacred place.
As we collectively attune our fluid bodies with perception, intention and awareness to fully connect with this sacred site, we participate actively to the current planetary shift by becoming a potent field of bio-information in resonance with the natural principles of harmony, balance and stability.

Accommodation at Pyramid Lodge
We will be staying at Pyramid Lodge, an exclusive and peaceful retreat located above Visoko, near the famous Pyramid of the Sun. This unique guest house offers breathtaking panoramic views and a high-energy atmosphere, making it the perfect place to rest and recharge.
Accommodation is in double rooms, providing comfort and a relaxing environment. A limited number of single rooms are available for an additional fee of 100 EUR, with priority given to those who register first.
The lodge features modern amenities, including private bathrooms, orthopedic mattresses, air conditioning, and free internet (switched off at night for better sleep). Guests can also enjoy a fireplace bar, a spacious sun terrace, and a dedicated seminar and movement space. This special room, infused with energetic properties of stones and crystals from the Ravne tunnels, will serve as the sacred space for our Continuum practice—enhancing our connection to fluid movement, inner awareness, and transformation.

About Tereza Trefilova
Tereza lives in the heart of Europe, in the Czech Republic, and is the only Continuum teacher in this country. Since 2024, she has been a member of the Continuum Teachers Association. She is also the owner of a travel agency, where she organizes exploratory and transformative retreats, combining her love for travel, movement, and self-discovery.
A passionate traveler and explorer—both of the body and the world—Tereza finds joy in creating experiences that bridge outer exploration with deep inner transformation. She has completed various trainings in coaching, art therapy, and emotional intelligence and previously worked as an internal trainer in soft skills and personal development.
Tereza has traveled to the Bosnian Pyramids several times, and each visit has brought her profound insights and life-changing realizations. The unique energy of this place has deeply influenced her path, offering clarity, renewal, and a sense of connection beyond words. She believes that this powerful setting, combined with Continuum, creates a truly transformative experience—one that gently opens the door to new possibilities within.
Her mission is to inspire people to embrace a journey of self-discovery through movement, nature, and meaningful travel experiences.

About Sylvain Meret
Coming from an eclectic curriculum in Visual Arts (BA), Contemporary Dance (PARTS), Dance Therapy (MA) and Somatic Movement, Sylvain has been active worldwide as a dance performer, choreographer and teacher. Along the way, Sylvain has been trained with somatic and movement experts Emilie Conrad, Christine Caldwell, Amber Gray among others, he is a Master Somatic Movement Educator/Therapist and serve as a board director of ISMETA. Actively involved in spreading somatic movement awareness through the association le Souffle co-créateur, Sylvain teaches Continuum based workshops, classes, retreats and private sessions in France and Europe. He is currently running a co-creative somatic movement training « Somanaute » exploring the human potential through a conscious co-creative partnership with Nature as an intelligent and evolving creative flux.
His dance carrier has always been intertwined with a curiosity for understanding the lived relationship between the body and the mind through the lens of healing and transformation. He was initiated in several forms of ancient body wisdom in Brazil, in Altai, and has been a disciple of Master Li Jung Feng, and the Amerindian Shaman Dancing Thunder for the last 15 years. From these experiences and in combination with Continuum, he is developing a research on sound and movement in relationship to brain states, awareness, trance, embodiment, fascias&connective tissues, cellular consciousness and deep connectedness with our environment.
